If you read the link that I gave above, makita nmo na $225 sa training. after training dha na mag increase. As of karon, fixed pa ang sweldo na $250. Under negotiations pa ang change sa salary kay naa man proposal na mag depend na ang pay sa output. So if daghan imo output, mas dako imo sweldo.

Sa schedule pud, isa pa lng shift namo currently. Pro naa plans na iduha ang shift pag managhan na employees.
