Well yah guess that they're not that endangered so I did a couple of searches and came up with this.
Of the small cats, Felis bengalensis is probably one of the most common and widespread, and most authorities do not consider it to be in imminent danger of extinction. However, the destruction of its habitat by rapidly expanding human populations, deforestation, farming, and soil erosion, all remain threats to the wild cat populations. The Asian Leopard Cat has therefore been placed on Appendix II of the CITES (the Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species) and its trade is regulated as an endangered species.
As a rule, they do not make good pets, being solitary and reclusive, rarely allowing humans to touch or handle them. They are carnivorous hunters and could represent a threat to children or other pets.

It is still sad to see any wild animals being sold and treated as pets. You can never tame animals like that and it is quite a shame to see something as beautiful as that being cooped inside a cage. it belongs in the forest and not in your home. If it is not endangered now, the fact that it is in decline is a cause for concern right. The more demand for exotic pets, the more the population will suffer plus with the continued destruction of its habitat, it might not be a surprise to see these creatures in the list of endangered animals one day.
P.S. I never said there anything about "Philippine Iguanas"... I am not too knowledgable about reptiles particularly lizards... Those who sell them refer to them as iguanas, maybe to attract ignorant buyers.
