Aguinid Waterfalls is located at Barrio Tangbo, Samboan. ..so if you have a map and subayun nimo ang map sa Cebu, if you come from west Cebu - Ginatilan, Binlayan is the first barrio and Tangbo is the next barrio. If you come from east Cebu - Santander, agi paka ug Barrio Looc, Liloan, San Sebastian, Culasi, Dalahican then finally you get to cross that Wooden bridge "Tangbo Bridge". After the bridge is the white house. beside the white house is the trail to the waterfalls...then the trail would branch out to left and right. You should go to the right until you get to the river. From then on it's a river trek and be careful sa mga bangag bangag ky na shot ako tiil diha na sprain ko for 1-day - clumsy. The water is murky ambot ug unsai content sa water but the stones are not as slippery as those of other waterfalls I've been. You get to the next waterfall level by climbing up through the waterfall.
I don't really know this guy personally but I found Aguinid waterfalls through his multiply site. This is how the white house looks like:
