first of all they were a neo progressive rock band.. it just happens they wrote songs that are Ballads.. so kung mag concert gani sila expect nalang jud mo daan na daghan ang instrumental..

bisan sa European nila nga tour ingon ana ila set list.. kita raman cguro dinhi sa Pinas ang nagahatag og Negative review sa ila.. nagpakauwaw lang ta.........

goes to show na dili ta ingon ana ka educated bahin sa style sa Toto..their concert in 2003 in Amsterdam was really great, quite similar sa waterfront ug style ... i really felt na i got my moneys worth seeing Steve Lukather and Simon Philips play live!..Toto is one great band!Love their music, love their style.. Rock on Toto!

..huh boycott? really? so this neophyte sportswriter is switching to music and concert review? hehehe funny how some writers have "sobrang bilib sa ilang abilidad". as a mediaman, he should write his comments responsibly. it appears he is insulting the musical comprehension and know-how of his readers, a lot of them whose expertise and experience in music is beyond his own. Since when has he become a music authority? i say stick to sportswriting mr pages!!!

Luke: Sony did have alot to do with the singles picked for radio. That's why we lost all our rock credibility with the press and with some people! What I have learned is that no matter WHAT we do, someone will love it and someone will think it sucks or it "doesn't have the magic of Toto IV" etc... Sorry about that but ya can't please everyone. Imagine if I went and critiqued everyones career without knowing them personally or why they have done what they have done? You see where this is going. Sony f*** us... we have a FEW friends there but for the most part we were an embarrasment to them cause we weren't "cool". BUT we made them money. Thankless assholes really. If someone made ME 200 MILLION dollars I would appreciate it! But now that we're FREE we will see what happens next. That's why were doing the kind of record were doing right now and why we don't want to talk about it much. You all will see and hear soon enough. Joseph... I doubt we will ever work together again. I wish him well at his TV scoring business but it has nothing to do with Toto anymore. He's not a live performer which is why we asked him to leave in 1988. There is no bad blood at all. He's happy, were happy... everyone wins. I do hope Steve Porcaro makes an appearance on our new CD to some capacity. That's about it for ex members.
