then ur simply stating that there's something wrong with management when it comes to agent development. i know too well that ace trainers are loaded, but agents are too loaded as well. by the way, m nit part of ace and dont have rights to train agents. m not the ace trainer that ur looking for. better if you'll suggest other training method that is more effective. OPS keeps on preventing pull-outs so that service level will not be affected, but i think site metrics is more important. that's just my opinion.Originally Posted by trainermarie
