    FYI: ACE trainers are busy in evaluating and coaching the agents, but OPS will not allow them to do their jobs. Before the trainers can focus on improving the agents' communication skills (grammar, enunciation, pronunciation and fluency), they have to process the proper communication with OPS for pull-outs. With regard to NH(New Hire), trainers have metrics to meet and one of these metrics is "attrition". If trainers fail a lot of trainees during NH, it will affect their individual scorecard. Why don't you make yourself busy in correcting your own grammar lapses and other OFIs since you are way better than the other agents. Coach those agents, and make sure that after five days, those agents acquire your so called "excellent American Accent". Remember that ACE trainers are just given five days to train new hires. Maybe you are THE person who can straighten the Learning Curve of these agents.
