EXACTLY! but if he allies with the opposition and fails then he practically won't even be vice president anymore. so technically they are still strong because GMA still has her VP. Majority of her cabinet. She has Ramos and she still has the GENERAL suppot of Visayas & Mindanao and the Catholic Church [CBCP] has not asked her to resign yet.
