No need.. you can update your version of ubuntu to hardy heron.. there's a beta release already.. remember that with the right repositories, it just automatically updates.. dili na ka mag hassle-hassle to find a right installer or version.... naa ra sa repositories ang mga updates.. just download the gutsy then upgrade to hardy... what i mean is .. unya na'g upgrade to heron kung dili na beta .. beta is beta ..
there are lots of websites kung onsaon pag upgrade from ubuntu to heron. kung kinsa to nahan mo try sa beta .. that's still be fine ...

People who use their packages that aren't very popular and/or compile their own deb packages should really wait until a couple weeks after the nwe Ubuntu is out.
