things i hate about teletech:
1. internal application - palakasan system at walang klaro. wont give details for my own sake. ma-experience nyo rin yan.
2. security policies - guards are equip with metal detectors. its quite aggravating that you'll be swipe with a metal detector, then celfones of course are not allowed in the production floor, which is just ok. pero if you'll just be going sa clinic, metal detector pa rin and asked you to leave the celfone sa guard, ok lang sana if maayos yung mga lalagyan nila. i almost lost a v3x kasi nagkapalit ng number and guard even argue na yun daw cel ko, nokia 1110. wala nga me nokia. i had to prove pa na akin yung v3x. grabe naman.
3. bad food sa pantry nila.. lagi malamig at luma mga ulam
4. yung allocated place for agents to smoke, di maganda. mabilad ka pa sa init. m not a smoker myself, but my friends are.
things i hate about accenture account:
1. salary is no longer commensurate to the mounting scope of support, no longer competitive for a tech account
2. real time incentives are not given in real time, or not given at all
3. site blames agents for not getting the account metrics and saying that how would they appeal for a salary increase when agents are not doing well. hello!!! its them who keeps on hiring newbies, newbies takes in call, pull down the stats, affects all agents. newbies are ok, but accenture needs to close hiring for now, developed existing agents, get account metrics.. and the rest will be easy.
4. talent acquisition has to be careful in the hiring process. i know people needs jobs. but TA has to maintain quality pools of new agents. m really disgusted when i hear a visayan accent on the phone, ok lang if visayan accent lang, pero wala ring good grammar. im really thinking what their so called ACE is for.
m not discouraging you to work here, i just dont want you to expect a lot.
