I was trained in China as Non-Chinese Economic Risk Suppressor(NC-ERS agent II), where we did the assassination to group of persons (bu hao ren), Party(gong ci), Military officers(jiang ren) , and activist who are planning to do the economic sabotage and other acts that will risk the economy of China.

Luckily, I'm one of 5 out of 30 NC-ERS Trainee who survived(still alive) the training. And now, where are here in Cebu, to help our country to recover by eliminating all the factors that will risk the “Freedom”, “Democracy” and “Economic”.

Sadly, that according to our Confirmed Intelligence Report(CIR) that CPP-NPA and it’s non combatant allies or sub-group such as Akbayan, NUCP, KMP, KMU and other activist group are one of the factors that will risk our country.


That why the group, declared that CPP-NPA and it’s not combatant allies are our targets.

Communist Agenda to Destroy Democracy(Freedom)

1. Use Democracy to Destroy Democracy. At present, they are enjoying all the freedoms provided by democratic constititution. There's a Human Right Law which they use as their shield to continue their agenda.

2. Use Government to Destroy Government. Sad to say, that some of our government agencies and the legislative has been infiltrated by Communist. We know that communist never pay their taxes but they the one who enjoy more in the taxes we paid. Why? Because they got more than P420Million for pork barrel of their non combatant allies such as Akbayan Party list, Bayan Muna Party list and many more who are member of house of representatives.

Where that more than P420 Million goes?
1. To purchase Weapon and ammunition for their comrades(so they can stage terrorism)
2. To Finance Economic Sabotage Plan and execution.
3. Goes to the material used by street parliament(rallyist) such as banner, flag and other materials.
4. Goes to Project for MASA (daw)

Ang masama dito ay ginagamit ang pera para pahirapan tayo, by means of Economic Sabotage. If there are Economic sabotages the business will slow or drop. Investor will go to china, India or other country whereÂ* their investment is secure. Company will close. Unemployment will increase and worst no money to buy food to our family. POVERTY RULE.

This is what happen to Manila. People are living to survive not enjoy life. because they have been affected by economic downfall done by this Communist People by staging economic sabotage.

To all Cebuano, dont let this elements have their good times here in Cebu or else you will be next to Manila and the rest of the Philippines where poverty and unployment are rampant.

Instead, Keep your culture, attitude(brave and vigilant) and character. These will keep you proud of yourself as being Cebuano.
