Re-install... Testing... until you succeed.
You have to change 1st the existing driver controller ( VIA, Intel, Nvidia, NForce, etc. ) then select Standard Dual Channel PCI IDE Controller from your OS. If you dont, the blue screen will appear then restart.

Method 1
1. Download Hiren's Boot CD 9.4 or better.
2. Burn the ISO to CD.
3. Connect the said HDD to a good PC.
4. Boot from Hiren's Boot CD.
5. Go to Registry Tools. Any will do.
6. Locate the Registry Hive from the HDD.
7. Load the Registry Hive. Delete all references to drivers. Delete the HCC\System\CCS\ENUM tree, the WHOLE tree.
8. Save the Registry Hive.
9. Reboot. The ENUM Tree is the reference to all your drivers.
Method 2
Do the same steps as above from 1 to 4. This time launch GhostWalker SID changer. Change the SID of the Windows Installation. Reboot.
This will help if done properly.
