when i had my last long distance relationship... wala pa ang zero backlog sa PLDT! we wrote letters pa ang hoped the post office didnt lose our letters. Lisod kaayo. That was then.

Now... I think its easier with the cellphones and the internet!!!

dako jud kaau ang natabang sa improved telecomunication technology kai kung wala pa, sooos we'll still be writing letters to our loved ones. at least karon bisag layu sila ma kwa-kwaan ang kamingaw...kai pwede e tawag, txt, send mms (pix ug videos), chat, email.. ingun ana ba! heheh!

pero kibaw mo bisan unsa pa nga mag communicate mo sige wala jud maka puli sa touch. kana naa jud diha sa imo atbungan ang imo love one. perti ka lisod oie nga layu kaau ang usa.

Distance is not a hindrance for love. If two people are meant for each other, nothing can stop them to be together no matter how far they are from each other. Love will find a way, as they say..I don't know if how many of you agrees with that but me, I agree a 100% based on experience.

Me and my husband to be were only textmates for almost 3 years. I admit there were doubts and fears at first and thought that'll not work for us. He lives in Bukidnon and me in Negros. Within that 3 years of long distance love affair, we only saw each other for like 3 times only and each time is no longer than a week. On the 4th year, i decided to work here in Cebu and later he decided to follow me and work here as well so we could be together, finally. We're going on 6 years now and still going stronger. We're getting married hopefully in 2010.

congratulations kenicai! but your LDR was helped by the improved telecommunication facilities! in my time... mid 80s, it was through letters! we had to be patient!
