If I get lucky I could build my Ultimate Rig, but I'm not sure if hardwares are freely available here in Cebu as well as in Manila. I still believe that you still have to acquire some of it from outside the country and at it will cost more. But I believe, building a highend rig is possible to build here its just that its not the ULTIMATE rig so to speak.
