have had no problems with mine so far.
it also has good reviews from users.
has all the same featrures of N95-8gb but in a different form and of course dili sya slider and it doesnt have 8gb and slightly smaller screen.
keypad takes getting used to but karn paspas naman kau ko mutxt. its not difficult at all.
over all its one great phone. takes really great shots too!

as of the moment, n82 cant play flv files unlike the n95-8gb..
buttons might be problem with some, but for me ok ra man, just getting used to with it
sound from the stereo speakers average only, not as powerful
most issues are resolved in the latest firmware..usb issues, ear phones, restarting, slow gps lock up..etc...
not high speed usb 2.0..only full speed 2.0..so if you have lots of mp3 to upload it to the phone, use a card reader
usb charging not applicable

great camera phone coz of the xenon flash
autofocus
fast camera
fast s60 device
love the gps
love the sound when using earphones/in-earphones
accepts sdhc cards..many are already using 8gb sdhc
fast even with high capacity cards


again, i buy this coz of its versatility,snappiness and of course its camera functions

-i like its awesome camera who can take decent shots even in total darkness with the help of its xenon flash.

-i like its keypad, even if its a little small i type faster on the n82 than on the n95 hmm

-there is nothing in N82 that i don't like.
