    its been almost or more than 3 years same2 ra ang package sa etel
    other call centers are notching their games UP while this company is left behind
    yes i agree that its a performance based company, and you can get to TSR5 level, i wont argue with that
    but i know a lot of people having difficulty achieving those targets due to unattainable metrics or just a stroke of bad luck (bad management, bad TLs,politics, power play, a not so performing account even though if you're doing your best)...
    and i know these people are good...wrong place @ the wrong time i guess

    when all is said and done, the Glory days of Etelecare is over. If its true that CVG raises the bar and gives 22k starting... then that's a wake up call for the supposed 2006 (or 2007) employer of the year.

    hhmmmm...unattainable metrics? we had a mass promotion last year for the Q2/Q3 calendar, not because the metric was easy but we attained it due to hardwork...

    it's up to u if u want to earn the said compensation package... it's for u to find ways on improving and achieving the task at hand...not faulting the program leaders, "bad politics", power play or any other reason u can think of....

    well, i'm not really faulting the leaders but they are undeniably one of the factors since they're the captain of the ship in a sense
    Good for you bro, and i congratulate you, especially on the mass promotion in your program. First time in such a long time it happened. Maybe its just in your program bro, but how about the other programs? di raman sguro ikaw naningkamot. naa man gani programs na wala pay promo criteria daw.... but yeah i got your point. Pa swertiay raman jud ni in ani na business and also yes a lot of hardwork too.

    If you are just blaming other people or not attainable matrics. Why still there are people get promoted. It's just a lame reason. If you will not strive for the best. Definitely you will not reach your goal. its not because matrics is to high or because of politics. It's because you don't or did not set your goal. simple as that... Even if you are just a vendor. you need to set your goal to have a profit and to improve your store. right? tsk tsk tsk-----> 22k? just a TSR 2 salary in etel and you can still go for for TSR 3 or TSR 4 or TSR 5 w/c is 33... believe me TSR 1 2 3 4 5 just have the same task to do. Level lang nag taas.. trabaho pareha ra WHY?? because you are just an agent bisag Level 5 naka.. DILI PAKA TL or supervisor. nag taas lang imung sweldo parehas lang ang trabaho

    TST0 (probationary agents) can actually get their PA as well. Only difference is, they get it upon regularization. PA bonuses are pro-rated for 6 months.

    Hapit na ko mag 4 yrs diri sa etel...wa pa ko napul-i kay di ko nahan start all over. when it comes to compensation, whether big or small, Etel lng japon ko. main reason why other agents transfer to another call centers, because of the enticing compensation package. with this mentality, it only boils down to one thing, they're not contented. as for me, I find it fulfilling to answer 4 e-mails a day...layo ra kau sa quota na 35 e-mails per day..hehe..btw, e-mail queue na d i ko...sitting pretty lng sa daplin..35 emails set as the passing metric for our new program, not hittable....mao 4 emails ra jd ako ma-accomplish...mao ra man sad ang mosulod na emails..hehe..

    ay na mo cge lalis...adto mo sa companies na comfortable mo...it's not an issue of the salary or the benefits...same ra na. mo-hubas ra japon na..adto nlng mo sa place na feel ninyo contented mo...okiks

    anyway salary is salary. call center life is not just all about that. its about being happy with the company u are working for. regardless of how big ur salary is if u dnt love the work and the company then nothing will happen. ull eventually look for greener pastures elsewhere.

    what about PS? do they offer competitive compensation package? m really not up for salary, its the benefits and real time incentives ako gi-apas. wa pa ko ka-try apply etel, sa cvg, i failed the interview when i wasnt able to give satisfactory answer sa question "r u happy with ur current job?" wa jud ko katubag ug maau. m fluent in english and all but i did failed to answer such inquiry. nag-duha duha man gud ko apply ato.
