I think Etel has the best incentive or compensation package for an agent position since they have 5 levels (TSR 1-5)...

TSR 1 - 15T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = Php 18T
TSR 2 - 19T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = Php 22T
TSR 3 - 23T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 26T
TSR 4 - 26T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 29T
TSR 5 - 30T(basic) + 3T(allowance) = 33T

wala pa labot ang quarterly bonus ani
w/c is for TSR 1 alone 15T x 3 months =45T x 15% to 25% plus 2T pa gyud if high flyer
kamo na compute sa ubang level..

oh so their pay hasnt changed since years ago. that sucks. anyway their sales is -3k sa basic. but then for as longa s they can meet their quota ila mareceive is exactly the same as the TSR. and can possibly get more for the perks and if they exceed quota

not exactly. when i worked for etel years ago TSR1 starts on your 6th month. that is upon your regularization. but if you are probationary your basic pay is 12k + 3k allowance.

anyway, ive heard that etel hasnt really changed their salary and that they now got left behind by other call centers.

left behind in the sense of starting pay but come to think of it...if u r performing then u can achieve 30T/mo as ur pay as an agent only....dats if u r performing....

but i heard convergys will be raising their basic to 22.. soon.
im not sure if that'll top xlibris.

are u sure about this if your a TSR? afterall a TSR dont get any spiffs or comi. PA is done quarterly and probationary agents are not included. though the good thing is that its possible to skip TSR1 and go directly to TSR2 if you meet the stats upon regularization.

i wouldn't know about the situation now because i left etel over 3 yrs ago. ive heard nothing has changed so the only way a probationary TSR or TS1 can achieve over 20k in salary is to render a sh!tload of OT as they are the only ones allowed to do that at any time.
