6 na ka callcenter akong na agi-an and so far, akong highly recommended nga centers kay cvg and emax. interms of compensation and training, they're the best. but so far, mas saun sa emax, nindot sad kau ilang compensation, plus dako jud kau ang sweldo.

but then again, dont think of it as a job you can keep till you retire. as what my team mate told me before, if you wanna die young, work in a call center.hehe :mrgreen:

daghan jd kaau sila ug gi term dha.. pero true mn ang increase nila.. koyaw lng kaayo ky wala sila gi santo nga agent dha. pangitaan jd ka ug reason para ma term ka.

naa ni siya bond? like for instance na hire na ko pero 3 months after, i decide to quit.. woukd there be any consequence? i mean against m...

dili tanan center naay bond, and kato sad naa'y bond like cvg, di sad nila masingil tanan. adto ra sa imong lastpay ,ma TY ra.but i dont think they'll really make you pay for it...mao btaw ntrabaho ka aron naay kwarta dba? how can u pay 40k for bonds if you dont have money to begin wth? but imnot sure though. thats only based on the people i know who were not able to finish the time they were supposed to finish.

i love being a call center agent..not like other job nga when uget home you still think of your paperwork or work in the office . with call center job..what you have on your work will be left at your worlstation. and set a new thing next day. relax ra kaayo mi..heheheh maka tabi tabi pa..with all benifits as in i love the company i'm working with right now! i'm actually her for 3 years and 9 months!

korek jud ni... almost 2 years nako sa akong work and so far, nakauyon jud ko.. All you need lang jud noh is the right motivation and hardwork. Nindot ang environment sa callcenter kai ang mga tao dili arte, lingaw pajud kai pulos mga open minded. naa lang jud times na kasukaon ka sa mga calls labi na daghan na kaayo pero inig abot sa sweldo mawala naman pud..hehehe

unsay klaseng terms ang bond sa cvg? dugay ang duration sa bond? mutuig ba na dile? gui offeran kog work sa IT park, nagduha duha pa kog huna-huna. taga-tacloban man ko. unya muanha lang cebu, mao nangutana anay ko tingali dili nindot ang ilang terms...
