I recommend that you register your domain to a non US registrar.

Why?

A British based travel agency website that caters travel assistance to tourists willing to visit Cuba has been shut down by Enom, a US based registrar, a similar incident also happened in Godaddy.

Cuba is under US government watch list in the latter's fight against terrorism.
