The A570IS is the best camera you're gonna get under 10K, or ever under 13K. It uses 2 AA batteries.

Advantage:
- Rechargeable AA's are cheap (less than P200 for a set) and can last for years, as opposed to built in Li Ion batts that costs thousands.
- Pag naubusan ng charge and AA batts while you're on travel, you can always buy sa suking sari-sari store as temporary replacement.
