Need Help: XP problem

I haven't registered my licensed XP at home because there's no internet connection back there, 30 days passed and now my father's telling me that it's asking for a password or some sort of log-in credentials "I'm not really sure i haven't seen it yet" every now and then. I want to fix it when i go home.
What are the possible solutions for this?
mga mods sorry if there are already similar threads, i just didn't find 1 when i searched...

mao ni buhata bro. i click ang activate tru phone, human copy ang installation ID, pwdi ra nmo na matawag sa lain contact n# sa microsoft 00-800-2468-1668 mao na landline nla nga free charge, ayaw kalimot apil copy sa license key nmo basin mka istorya ka costumer service nla pangitaan manka license key, human nmo hatag sa ilaha ang Installation ID, huwata ang Confirmation Id nga ilaha ihatag og Copyaha.
