you know wat its better to have a gym coz imo body ma form and try ka ug focus in 1 sport para nindot jud gawas sa imo pag gym....
im daot sad.. nag.gym sad ko karon.. wa nko care if wala efect.. ako ghuna.huna.. exercise nalang jud ni at least healthy ko psychologically.. hahahaa
ask unta ko.. ok ra bah mag.gym if 16 yrs old pa ka?? dili na daw ka motubo ana?? hmm..
nahan unta ko mag.gym kay gamay ko lawas.. ehehe..^^ unsaon man ni nako..
hadlok man pud ta di motubo na oyy..^^
