sir neos, pila ka months ang warranty for replacement sa unit? karon ra nako nabantayan dli musiga ang HOLD everytime na ako i hold mode....

wa man gyud siguroy LED ang hold indicator bro. naa ra sa switch ang indicator niya. murag yellow color dayon inig hold nimo, mo sibug sad siya with the switch.

Hi boss Neo... nakapalit na kog psp ganina sa branch ninyo sa Emall... katong package 3 ako gipalit...dili naman diay available katong inyong package 4 noh... so far ok kaayo ang unit...then napa lang kulang accesories wala pa nako na-received kay out of stock daw...balik lang ko didto inyo store if nana ang uban accesories nako...please give my thanks to eric and junjun who assisted me...

Yup you maybe right but iya mga tao dili flexible then discompyado pa gyud when i had a game exchange that i bought a day ago. I had to bring my unit there pa gyud to prove na tinuod gyud ako gi ingon about the region problem sa xbox 360 regarding the disc i bought. Mura man gud ko ila gi hulog nangilad ko . I was about the buy more titles unta nawala na hinuon ako gana to buy bcoz of iyang attitude.

bro, regarding sa mga games & cd's. sa mga tao ko. they are just being cautious. cause in the past, madami kmi naging customers na oportunista. na-trying to change their games or cd's kahit la prob. ung iba natapos na nila then pinapapalit ung iba di nil trip ung game. in know ur not one of them. pero sa mga tao ko un ung S.O.P nila regarding sa cd. so, try to understand na lng..

Sir Neo, ask lng me naa na ba available na stock like to buy possible Black or the light Blue na unit.. nya unsa credit card accepted.. HSBC pwde ba installment atleast 3 months. .. salamat more power..

ung pwede lng namin sa installment plan is equitable/bdo cards. ung iba like visa or hsbc straight lang po..

replacement sa unit if factory defect is 1 week. 3-6 months service warranty. dalhin mo sa shop check ko na lng kung anu ang prob..
