My feedback on Ross is in summary:

Pre-wedding coordination: Negative.
On-the-day coordination: Positive.
Post wedding coordination: Negative.

Take note that pre-wedding coordination is a far more longer and grueling business than the wedding itself.
Post wedding coordination although not as essential as the pre-wedding, is also important for the receivables: photos, video, guestbook, thank you cards, etc.

For a more detailed summary, I will have to PM you coz its a bit long.
