Houston lost it's second straight game after winning 22 straight. The New Orleans Hornets finally got their revenge to the Rockets who defeated them twice in the streak by winning over Houston, 90-69.
The Rockets lost to Boston, 74-94, and now to New Orleans, 69-90. It's two straight blowouts after the winning streak and Tracy McGrady is only averaging 11.5 points in those two losses. As expected, things will go ugly for Houston.
The Rockets are no longer the number 1 seeded team in the West. New Orleans reclaimed the lead.

the celtics are right now the best team in the nba...
Boston got its second Texas Triangle sweep by beating Dallas, 94-90. Dallas still has not won against a team with a winning record since acquiring Jason Kidd.
Bulls 80; Spurs 102
The defending NBA champs avoided their first five-game losing streak since the 1996-97 season—the one before Duncan’s rookie year. And they had such an easy time of it that Duncan and Parker were able to rest in the fourth quarter.
Celtics 94; Mavs 90
Allen, Pierce and Garnett pours in 64 pts. and 28 rebs. in combine.
The acquisition of Jason Kidd still hasn't answered the Mavericks' jinx. So far, the Mavericks are 0-7 against teams having at least .500 winning record or better since the second stint of the famed point guard with Dallas. The Mavericks still got a very slight hold of the 7th spot in the West but might not be able to hold it for long with Golden State and Denver hot on their trail.
The Mavericks will be facing 7 winning teams in their next 10 games (San Antonio, Phoenix, Denver, Utah, Los Angeles Lakers, and twice against Golden State).
