Akong concern is what kind of a water park King can build with $4M...

Nag libog sad ko sa target market... local or foreigners?

If barato sya... it will attract locals.. question.. will there be enough demand para sustainable....

If barato sad sya... will the quality of the place be enough to attract foreigners who are used to places like Sentosa, Ocean Park?

in my opinion I'm not in favor of the water theme park because cebu beaches have a lot to offer,
maau pa cguro ride theme parks like the six flags or enchanted kingdom ba ron para lingaw pud,
mas maau pa mga science or space museum para naa pud akatun-on ang mga bata
