Those millions are not what you have seen on the streets.Millions believe that gloria is corrupt but as we have said people are weary of ousting a president. If gloria is given a chance to run again Ill bet she will lose.Unless she will do her tricks again.

    from wiki:

Perjury is the act of lying or making verifiably false statements on a material matter under oath or affirmation in a court of law or in any of various sworn statements in writing. Perjury is a crime because the witness has sworn to tell the truth and, for the credibility of the court, witness testimony must be relied on as being truthful.

Perjury is considered a serious offense as it can be used to usurp the power of the courts, resulting in miscarriages of justice.

AFAIK, JLo is now facing a number of perjury cases in court...and he is not the only one sued.

BTW, nice picture of Mr. Poo...
about the picture hahaha, thanks =), and about the perjury case, it's really difficult to tell whether our supreme court is credible, based from my opinion and what from i've heared, i.e (gov. officials, norms, activist, pro-gloria, anti-gloria, etc.. etc...) the gov. has the machineries and the money, they can manipulate people. im a photographer, and i've covered a lot of instances like this one, whether national or local... it's really up to the gov. officials and the media on how to tackle these unfortunate events. money can manipulate people. period. to those people who says that money can't manipulate me... well i've got two words for you... **** you!...

I think in the issue of corruption, we are not talking about opposing certain personalities, a principle fight against the evils of corruption involves not only condemning the acts of certain persons but should go deeper into changing the culture of corruption now deeply embedded in our people's ethos.

Cebuanos do care about the current status of the Philippines right now but just thinks that ousting PGMA will not the answer. It might but the big question is what's next? Who's going to take over? This has been a cycle already and sad to say we all get the same results. I won't be surprised if in the next 3 years Filipinos will be asking the president to step down.

In short, PGMA's resignation is just the tip of the iceberg. There's still a lot of other things to consider.
