I dont have a problem being CIVILIZED and not resort to VIGILANTES as long as our beloved LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS and JUSTICE SYSTEM really works as to what it is meant to be thats why it existed , I know there is no such thing as PERFEC pero ang FILIPINO version is nowhere even close to being FUNCTIONAL considering its current structure .

what we need is a better law enforcement system. if it means more budget allocation, so be it.

yes, we have to fight fire w/ fire, but only when we are at WAR, be it civil war, against insurgents, or against other countries...but in fighting crime by vigilantes, that's something for the twisted, action-packed, movie-like fantasy world that even 5-yr olds kids can't watch...
