only the referee decides if its a knockdown or a slip, an accidental headbutt, a lowblow or watever. judges will not deduct scores without referee's decision.
round 3 has only 1 knockdown athough marquez almost went down twice but the referee ddint count it as a knockdown.

clearly round 3 should be a 10-8 round for pacquiao...
and round 10, marquez again almost hit the canvas but there was no knockdown, automatically thats a 10-9 round for pacman
