Hell is NOT a Lake of Fire. There is NO Endless Punishment

My take on this...

1)If God is love how can He let His created beings whom he created in His image suffer in Hell forever(eternal).
2) Hell punishment is temporal,maybe when the designated consequence is finished the soul will go back to HIM. Who knows? right?

Yah the same loving GOD is a just and Holy GOD that cannot stand sin.
GOD never change, HE is the same yesterday today and forever. unlike us which changes, HE don't and His word come to pass all the time. so when he said its eternal, it is. and i am not willing to gamble a bit in thingking that eventual hells fire will burn out.

because God love who loves Him, and hate those who hate Him.
He've put lake of fire for us to know the consequences of our decision in following Him or Not.
But despite of the preview still they ignore God and do things which He prohibited.

There is no argument there because obviously we are basing our STATEMENT from a different source. It was just a comment on Brown_dog's commentary about hell. So if there is someone you need to talk to its Mr.Brown_dog specially that part where ETERNAL or FOREVER was mentioned.


I dont really believe in a Personal Creator god. But for the sake of argument let's say that there is this Loving God holy and just that cannot stand Sin. Question if he cant stand Sin then why didnt he destroy Lucifer before things got worse that eventually led to Man's fall? If lucifer was sentenced to hell or destroyed then "the temptation" would never happened. Im not a god but i think that destroying the root would be a wise solution. Kill the source of the virus before it can spread. Yes? No?


Then there is the problem of interest. If God, i am not questioning god here but on how he is being portrayed by christians, is love why would he allow the sinners to suffer in hell forever? lets say he is just but would he allow his LOVE to be overcome by his desire to punish sinners? there is a saying love the sinners but hate the sin, let these sinners pay the consequence of their wrongdoings in hell but after a period of time give them another chance. ETERNAL punishment contradicts unconditional love w/c christians say an attribute of god.

If you'd talk about God's wrath being shown to the ungodly... it's a different story... those are not sons...

a son of God is translated into His divine nature... and will therefore do good because it has become his nature... and not because he is under threat...

and saved those that blaspheme him. if this is the case then this concept presents god us someone just like us. This character is not a picture of a noble god but of a lesser god. This concept disqualifies god as the all loving and all caring being.

I will not be able to answer you why GOD allowed satan aka lucifer to linger upon the earth. I can only speculate, the BIBLE is as well silent about it. I can give you all the maybes but it will be nothing but maybes.

One of which is that the final judgment for satan/lucifer has not come yet. If you look at the Character and nature of the Judeo-Christian GOD, HE gives opportunities for all, not just once, twice, three times but ample opportunities, to others an opportunity is enough but to most a couple of bundles is too short, and yet to others it will never be enough.

but if the judgment of GOD will finally come, then we can greatly say, it is but JUST, no one can question it anymore considering the chances and the opportunities.

Yes the Judeo-Christian GOD is a loving GOD. but a JUST and HOLY one too. HE is GOD yet HE made way for people to reconcile with HIM, because of our fall and separation to GOD, our condemnation is a certainty but only a loving GOD will care so much, as to give up HIS only begotten SON and stripped HIM of HIS glory to be a the ultimate sacrifice for the human race. isn't that love exemplified?

but again, the same loving GOD is also a HOLY and JUST GOD. HE has no choice that while opportunity after opportunities was laid upon your feet and yet you decided to reject it, Judgment time will come. HI will cease to be GOD if HE is no longer a Just GOD. the enemy can easily accuse HIM and HIS kingdom will surely fall.

let us put everything in context. let us understand and learn about this true and living GOD, HIS nature and Character to understand HIM. and not fit HIM in a box that we have created.

unconditional love, HE loves you, us, whatever, wherever and whoever we are. we will be justified from sin if we embrace the salvation HE has given us. But that unconditional Love will have to be embraced by us. and if we reject it, we will not be partakers of it and therefore we will join those who are not justified by the blood oif the LAMB that taketh away the sins of the world.

The stain is too obvious. This is where christian fails in there attempt to conceptualized God(putting god in a box), usually they end up gasping for answers.

Everything else in your attempt to justify the christian concept of god is non-essential. Being holy and just,the coming of lucifer's judgement, the non-eternal or eternal punishment of sinners and Forgiveness will not be in question if only the writer of Genesis was able to give us a consistent presentation of his own version of who or what god is.

The question still stands...According to christian theology God will judge lucifer after the number of believers is completed. What took him so long? Why would He allow millions of soul to suffer in hell when He could have avoided collateral damage by judging lucifer at that very moment. Again i am not judging God here, it is the christian concept that i am trying to refute. Then another confusion in christian theology...According to them(theologians) that God will create a perfect heaven and earth no sin can be committed, again the question is if He can create such earth, why didnt He create it from the very beginning?

I can only conclude that this PORTRAYAL of god by the JEWS is totally a failure of concept. They are putting God in a box. Sadly the sincere christians are buying this poor and disastrous concept from the jews.

hehe, i was referring to letting satan go around before the appointed time. and not an attempt to conceptualize my GOD. I know HIM, HIS nature and Character is revealed in the BIBLE. It is the likes of you who know HIM not that make conclusions and accusations based on your limited knowledge of HIM.

How can HE be a just GOD if HE has not given time to any sinning soul and that includes your satan. your attempt to rationalized the Christian GOD seems incomplete.

here's another perspective, the loving GOD of the Christians are giving more time for the sinners to realize that they need to repent, it is taking HIM too long sa that more can yield to HIS call, so that more will be saved.

HE did create a perfect heaven and earth, yet the HEART of Lucifer changed, the head of the worshipers want to worship, his heart gone corrupt, and with pride he want to set his kingdom higher than the most high and he wanted to be like the most high GOD. and so he was cast down to the lowest of low.

I can only say that I respect your personal view and understanding of the Judeo-Christian GOD however unfortunate. and on the contrary, we don't put our GOD in a box, it is the non-believers who do so, by their attempt of explaining the Great GOD of the Bible by their own reasoning and logic based on their limited understanding of HIS true nature and character.

I am not here to change your view, admittedly, there are some who will fail to see it and will never understand HIM. but for the others, surely we see and understand HIM, that's why we believe.
