guess the days of silence was really to think on what can be a very good excuse and reason for her to do that.. and yes, lusot sya but if you think deeper, she still is violating the rule wherein a candidate should not engage himself / herself in such conversation with the comelec.. sakto ba?

it took a lot of courage for her to speak in public and admit it but i think she did that because of all the pressures surrounding her. it was not a 100% voluntary act.

objectively, eh? i've read the transcripts, i've heard the tapes.

if i answer all those questions you posed, it will be purely assumptions, speculations, conjectures. IMHO, the admission of making that call is nothing if the true content of such conversation is not conclusively established and proven. hard evidence -- that's what's needed. if and when the content is proven, then let the Congress decide whether it constitutes a ground for impeachment and whether she could be liable for it. but until then, we cannot second guess whether it is a ground and basis for impeachment. nor can we say she has cheated her way to presidency.

2.Section 27. The State shall maintain honesty and integrity in the public service and take positive and effective measures against graft and corruption.

Ikaw GMA disqualified ka na dito. Sinungaling ka, manloloko ka pa! Wala ka ng integridad sa ginawa mong pandaraya at wala ka ring karapatan pangunahan ang pag pairal sa batas laban sa graft and corruption dahil mismo pamilya mo sangkot sa katiwalian.

3. Section 7. The right of the people to information on matters of public concern shall be recognized. I dont think GMA would be in hot water IF she didnt put herself in it in the first place.

While for some, this may be a power issue, for me, this is essentially a moral issue. It is sickening how we can just condone something so gravely repulsive. Sorry na lang? ganun-ganun na lang? How can our government go after grafters, criminals and scumbags without being a hypocrite?
