one reason why more people buy Nike products is because they make good designs... that's what matters to most people... if it looks good, it sells...

I like my K-Swiss.. great Tennis shoes
I buy shoes for its purpose, not because of their endorses or the brand names. First, I check the design.. it has to be simple with no flashy colors, then I check the weight of the shoe... then the sole/tread (If it's for clay or hardcourt) .. then the price to see if I really need this pair of shoes and not eat dinner for the next couple of days.

good shoes, just like any other accessories and outfit would somehow serve as an ego booster.. we always crave to get hold of what's in, wha's hot, and what purports to be high-end for "some" to get the recognition they wanted to..

though personally, i only get to chance to own a couple of nike shoes of my family staying abroad.. nike products are sold at a significanly cheaper price..

I've been faithful to the swoosh, never wore any other stuff made by Nike's major competitors .... bought a couple of Jordans and kicks before when I was actively playing. What slowed down my sneaker purchase were bootlegs especially sa shox. Nowadays I only go for all white or black nga Jordans nga low cut for chillin kay wa koy nakit-an nga bootlegs ani, if naa gani nihit. :mrgreen:

You get what you pay for and NIKE 's stuff are ahead of its game . If I dont find it in NIKE ( specially running shoes , I resort to NEW BALANCE and thats it ) .
