i don't think ma confiscate nang personal CDs not unless movies and softwares. timing-timing raman gd nah sa mo inspection better ibagahe gyd.

If you bring in those copied software over the immigration gates and security checkpoints (burned original CD's for your convenient) that is still illegal. You should bring your original installers and make sure the hologram of authentecity is attached to your CD cover.

What I did before because I have a lot of CD's to carry with me is that I created an image for all my CD installers and copy them to my Seagate 200GB external hard drive sealled them with bubble wrappers or copy them to my laptop computers if there are extra space (they will only ask you to boot up those laptops in the security checkpoint near to your boarding gate).. so I'm only worried to a small piece of hardware inside my checked in luggages.. or my hand carry laptop.
