OR you could use free wares/open source programs. BUT games should still be legit.

OS: XP HOME ( Legit )
Office Suite: MS Office (if you can afford the License) or go OpenSource use OpenOffice

for games:
Download Online Games such as:

Ragnarok
FlyFF
Rakion
Ran
Tantra
Perfect World
RF Online

and other online games that are free so that you won't have any problem with the licenses.
