ive read a book HOW INTIMACY BE REGAINED? the ans is simple but not easy: the wall must be torn down. one must go to other and say, "ive been thinking about us and i have realized that you are not all of our problem. ive been looking back at our marriage and thinking about the times that i have failed u, i remember quiet a few. i would like to remind u of these, and i would like to ask u to fogive me" The moment u are willing to admit ur failures and ask forgiveness, the wall on ur side comes tumbling down. if ur spouse chooses to forgive u and in turn acknowledge his or her failures, the wall turn down on both sides, and INTIMACY returns almost immediately. In order to keep the wall torn down, we must practice acknowledging our failures as quickly as possible after they occur. None of us is perfect. From time to time, we will disappoint our spouse, but if we are willing to acknowledge our failures and ask forgiveness, we can keep the walls torn down ... hope this can help..
