for gaisano-interpace's after sales service..they just replace the item immediately if you are having problems with it, like restarts/freeze. that's what my friend experienced..although they are quite bad in determining the cause of the problem. my friend ended up going back to their store 3x because they replaced the wrong part.

Good thing with GI is that they'll offer to you lower prices if you can show them proof that some store has a lower price than their products...

Sure they may lack the knowledge on some Technical stuffs (cheap labor = not so knowledgeable staff)...but come to think of it, WE have the knowledge to go about things in this computer world..So, if you're an enthusiast, we don't need much technical help in purchasing our products (we already know what we're looking for), we only need better prices... heck, that's the reason why some of us purchase products over at newegg, tipidpc, or some other sites,(even though we know getting it replaced from warranty is going to take some time) right?

second that bro, plus they would deliver. got my 2 x1gb kingston pc667 from them. as long as they would give you 1 year warranty then that is find with me.
