WATCH YOUR ATTITUDE!
If it's not against the forum policies, let's stop tongue lashing and put our money where our mouths are? Technically this is not gambling anymore because each entity here seems so sure of the things that will transpire a couple of months from now.
Sige na, to put in an end to all this bickering and those who will not pay will be banned from iSTORYA.net for good.
What do you say?

THE ALLEGED wiretapped conversations between President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo and an election officer showed the "true events" that took place in Lanao del Sur province during the May 2004 election, an official of a citizens' election watchdog claimed on Wednesday.
"That the conversation in the tapes reflect the true events that took place in and regarding Lanao del Sur during the 2004 election -- that people in government engaged in massive dagdag-bawas [vote shaving] in Lanao del Sur," Hadji Abdullah Daligidg, chairman of the National Citizens' Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel), provincial chapter, said in a sworn statement.
Daligdig, who said that he had heard the tapes, cited a portion where President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo allegedly asked Commission on Elections (Comelec) commissioner Virgilio Garcillano if she could still win by over a million votes, to which the poll executive replied: "Mataas ho siya pero mag-compensate sa Lanao yan (He has the lead, but that will be compensated in Lanao)."
"The man [in the tape] in effect was expressing confidence that they could successfully do dagdag-bawas [vote shaving] in Lanao del Sur to ensure that the one million margin ordered by the woman is achieved. Well, they succeeded," Daligdig said in an affidavit, which he distributed in a press conference at the municipality of San Juan.
Daligdig also confirmed a portion in the tape where the election official claimed that the votes in Basilan and Lanao del Sur were used to enable the President to overtake the lead of her closest rival, the late Fernando Poe Jr., in the region.
Daligdig claimed to have in his possession over 1,000 out of the 1,569 election returns (ERs) from each voting precinct in Lanao del Sur.
He said that in the municipality of Poona Bayabao in the province, Arroyo got 4,700 votes and her opponents got zero, even when the ERs showed that they got votes there.
Daligdig claimed Arroyo's votes were padded by 5,523 in the municipality of Saguiran, 5,417; in Marantao, 3,952; in Taraka, 3,577; in Wao; and 3,434 in Balindong. The puzzle is slowly solved.
The only way Gloria could avoid this problem is to do a Houdini act; disappear!!!
Pro GMA keep on spreading your lies!

THE STOCK and the foreign exchange markets will continue to plunge for as long as President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo chooses to remain silent on the alleged wiretapped conversation between her and elections commissioner Virgilio Garcillano.
This was the assessment of Makati Business Club executive director Guillermo Luz on Wednesday, as he admitted that since the allegations of electoral fraud surfaced from the controversial tapped conversation, the business sector has been "nervous and anxious."
He added that the business sector is now appealing to Arroyo to address the issue to keep the economy afloat.
"We are not getting a clear picture from the investigation and we are not getting a clear picture from the President. The President must address the issue and must address it to the public. I believe the sooner we get clarifications from everybody and the sooner the so-called real tape comes out and is authenticated, I think the better is for us to find out the core on this particular controversy," Luz said during a forum in Greenhills, San Juan.
@tempest: no offense but you are becoming a joke sir! it is obvious that you have no political nor constitutional background. of course, they will find a witness who will back it up. it's the only logical thing to do. now if he is indeed telling the truth...
1] can he back it up [of course, they rehearsed it.]
2] will the documents or election returns balance?
3] the only time you will know that they did practice vote-shaving is actually seeing it which the opposition also did in mindanao which I saw with my 2 eyes.
BOTTOMLINE, let him support his allegation not just with a sworn statement.
since you have a seemingly positive development, shall we go on with that wager?
Excuse me, affidavit is the same as sworn statement. You are not actually refuting the report. You are just trying to be noisy.

Silence means guilt. What else could be a more plausible explanation? You are charged with a serious wrongdoing. The natural reaction would either to admit or deny. The President neither admit or deny. Which is not an action of an innocent man. The action of GMA is unnatural. If she is not guilty why keep on silent? The more beleivable explanation. She is guilty. And there is no other way out. She has no choice. Both responses will result to the same things. Shame and ouster.
A fish is caught by its mouth.
