Lucky for me I'm no longer staying in Minglanilla. Maybe next time they do a much, much advance advisory to get the people informed. Putting advisory is not enough, maybe they advertise it on local television, radios, and even newspapers. If they can afford to close out SRP for the race, for sure they can spare some for a more efficient advertisement or notice.

Mayor Tommy Osmeña may have not anticipated that the traffic will be that bad, I mean really bad after they closed the SRP for the event. If he just knew that it's going to be that worse, then I doubt if he'll close SRP for the drag racing event.
