LG 22" wtq question

i bought one a week ago, and i just assembled my pc yesterday, however, when i checked the monitor, it looks kinda slouch..tried to adjust it but it will only swivel left or right, not up or down..is it how it should be or should i take this to the store where i bought it?

I have the same monitor, and yes, you can only make it swivel from left to right.. no height adjustments can be done.
