ok raman ang xlibris. 22k sweldo fix. sales people are getting double that amount per payday. boss this "dave" guy is an a*****e according to my friends there. he can fire you anytime he wants. u could get fired if you cannot maintain ur qouta. a few good people in the management but some are halfbaked assholes. not really the best of callcenters but it's really ok. lagpas man gud mga horror stories ako na hear about sa xlib. but watch out for this dave guy. he is a real a*****e daw. i have 2 friends who i used to work with back in PS na murag 2 years na sila didto and so far enjoy man sad sila. one of 'em is with sales and the other one is with graphics.

no wonder wla ko gi dawat sa babbleglass,si Dave nag interview nko..he asked me why I wanted to resign from my current job and I told him that the Americans there tend to look down on Filipinos and also has bad management..5 mi kabuok ato,ang 4 nadawat on-the-spot ako ra gi ingnan tawgan ra daw ko next week..to think i come from STC (a very reputable school),hehehe discouraged najud ko..

Man... i just submitted my resumé for the Training Program Analyst position. <-- Unsa ni siya? The ad was so tempting because of the salary rate. I already submitted before I found this thread.
