hey guys.. i'm on my new 8 weeks routine... for the first 2 weeks i'll be doing this, please tell me your opinon..
warm up 5 mins cardio
A1. Barrier Lateral Jumps - 15 jumps
A2. Dumbbell bench press - 12 reps
A3. Barrier Lateral Jumps - 15 jumps
A4. Dumbbell Row - 12 reps
A5. Barrier Lateral Jumps - 15 jumps
A6. One arm shoulder press - 10 each hands
A7. Barrier Lateral Jumps - 15 jumps
rest 2-3 mins. <-estimate rest time
doing this for 3-6 reps...

weight- 190lbs
bodyfat - 18.9% (i'm not very sure about this yet pero mo update lang ko)
neck - 16"
shoulders(tip to tip, sakto ba na?) -27"
chest - 41"
arms - 14"
forearms - 11"
waist(taken somewhere below the belly button approx 2" off) - 38.5"
hips(from the "behind area") - 39"
legs - 22.5"
calves - 17"
my goal is 175lbs or 12> % in body fat

fitness first, slimmers world, holiday spa & gym, bodytone, metrosport, citigym, club ultima and those gyms in hotels...
anyway, nindot ni sila cos they have a decent place to workout.. nice machines.. well maintained equipments, air-conditioned, etc.. that is, kung ganahan kag "nice" nga gym..
but if you are looking for a hardcore training, wherein you train hard and fast, where the place' ambiance ain't too comfortable, a little sweaty benches and bars here and there, some people smells, no aircon, shower, spa, towels and what have you's..
well, there's plenty all over cebu.. but we're talking about "nindot" gym man.. so there
