Warriors, Nuggets, Trailblazers and Kings are the teams battling for the no. 8 spot. Houston can still win 40 percent of their remaining games (12 under .500 teams of the 26 games left) without Yao.

it's just a very unlucky couple of seasons for the Rockets, it's either Yao or McGrady is injured or worse... both.
