@tokidoki - thanks bai, i've been working with computers for more than 10years as I observe wala sa technician level ang kwarta naa sa management level. Medyo interesting ang tech level tungod sa skills but if you have the skills on how to manage the technicians kana mas dako na.

Hi, I know a company that will give you a handsome salary but you must be very good in software programming more specifically with JAVA... probably it will be around 30k for a start...

Yep, mahal pud sa manila didto ko nag work for two years former ACN pud ko. Start ko didto as SSE makati ako office starting salary nako is 26K then after a year nag increase into 30K plus na. Pero mo limpyo lang ko ug mga 15-18K per month tungod sa taxes, fares, food, rental ug uban pa nga mga deduction based sa ako experiences mas mahal pagkaon ug abangan na balay didto sa Manila after sa ako 2yrs na bond sa ACN na hire ko ug company diri sa Malaysia ako gi grab kay gi times two man nila ako rate sa Manila. Okay man pud diri almost the same ra sa Manila ang expenses but mas nindot ang accomodation kay condo naman ang puy-anan. By the way I started as a Visual Foxpro programmer sa company sa Cebu then na retool ko ug mainframe/cobol sa ACN.
