yup 30mins jud bro...gahapon kay niabut gali 35mins. ang ako goal is to reduce.. i am 5'10 den ang ako weight is 191 lbs. nangaply mn gd ko sa PAL ug Flight attendant then wla ko dawata kay ang ilang gusto na weight sa ako na height is 155 maximum pa na ha? so i have to shed 45 lbs... makaya na bro?
