braces or retainers???

am having my braces right now and so irritating. but sacrifice before i could go on for retainers.

4yrs ko braces & now retainers na..actually, dili man sakit ang braces if taod2x na, kana ra mag adjust sa mga brackets & mas hassle man sad ang retainers if magkaon..but if minor ra diprencya bro, go for the retainers lang ky dako kau price gap sa duha..anyways, the doctor would still be the best person na pwd mu-suggest bout ana..

@adbent: the best thing to do is to put braces on it coz its very effective....ako ngipon grabe jud ka sapaw,two steps forward and 2 steps backward then i decided to put braces then at this very moment i experienced great improvements, 4 months pa lang ni ako braces.....my dentist ask me only 18k for this big problem of mine and its effective.......

i'm wearing retainers also. but better to ask advice sa imo orthodontist. I can recommend Dr. jessa metdrodent 3451282 but try to reach her thru her personal number mas maayo
