@ Lyt and aya_diwata hahahah guys, guys. relax.

hypothetical question for you two to answer:

IF and WHEN you set up your own call centers someday, would you refuse applicants from ateneo, UP, and La Salle?

a simple YES or NO will do.

    YES

But you can't stop me from elaborating! hehe

Sadly, we can compare ourselves to pimps and whores because we sell our intellectuals, our manpower, and our pride to the global market for a very cheap price—because in essence we don’t have a choice." - MARICAR CINCO http://www.bulatlat.com/2007/07/person-other-end-line

My co-worker who graduated from UP asked me a while ago how we've landed to this kind of "dehumanizing" field - I replied to her with a smile- "This is Philippines" and it said it all.
There is a lack of employment to its graduates and professionals and if there is an opening to a field where one could practice his/her field, the pay can't sustain a decent living.

And if I am the BPO owner, that would make me the pimp and the UP, DLSU, Ateneo, whatsoever graduates my own little whores.
