    tag-pila ka sets inyu per day? and pila mn ang inyung sets?
    wala diay instructor dd2 bro?? usually pag 1st week whole body workout then pag 2nd week ky program proper na... hehehe

    pila sa metro sport bro?? naa ko plan mo balhin.. naa ko sa WORKOUT ramos branch.. ^_^ ok sad bya dd2... 530/month.. huhuh

    tagpila ang sets? uhm, 100 pesos? lol

    seriously, depends on what program i'm in. karon murag between 5-8 sets ko.. 15 reps all the way down to 7-8 reps as things go heavier... warm up then pyramid all the way to my top set.. kung dumbbells, 30 to 60,70,80lbs dependes makaya..

    to get the cut? what do you mean? preparing for a competition? nope, i don't get to that point. but if you're serious about "getting cut" you need to control your water intake, your supplementation and all that "cycle" mambo jumbo so that you'll look freakishly lean.

    barely have cardio but i do supersets or tri-sets or giant sets... try that and you'd be catching your breath more than you're doing all that cardio stuffs (running, biking, etc.)

    one hour and thirty for light days and two hours for heavy and compound workout days..

    ang akoreps mga bro is 12 then tagpila ra ko ka-sets depende kung unsa makaya...medium weights ako kargahon...everyday ko naa sa gym sa metrosports afterwork 3:30pm to 7:30pm ko ngad2 igo mogawas ako gf sa iya pd wrk den ako cardio is 30 mins then fluctuation ako treadmill kanang tag 3mins na running jud den cool down tag 2 mins...


    wla jud ko ka world anang gym2 so pataka ra ko ug karga2 did2...tan-aw2 sa mga tao unsaon nila...halus tanan equipment suwayan... overweight mn gud ko... i am 5'10 and my weight is 191 lbs,. overweight jud... ang normal ta nko na weight is 155 lbs... haaay kalagut uy

    naa mn instructor but mauwaw mn ko moduol ug ask ug program gud...

    ang byaran nko sa metrosports kay 300 for 3 months then kung 1 yr its 6.500 corporate but 9.500 kung ikaw lng isa... pangita lng ug corporate ask lng 2 ang mga beautiful naa sa desk...mo-inform mn na cla kung knsay nangita ug kauban sa corporate..dako bya kau diference

    nag gym ko b4 with in 1 month then ni undang.....wla man g hapon dako ako lawas...skinny g hapon....pila ka months avisable for gym di ay ug unsa nga supplement nga dali ra pa daku kung mga beginners sad...im planning nga balik gym .....120 lbs gamay ka u ko..run....ma insecure lang ta sa mga dagko lawas
