seriously, depends on what program i'm in. karon murag between 5-8 sets ko.. 15 reps all the way down to 7-8 reps as things go heavier... warm up then pyramid all the way to my top set.. kung dumbbells, 30 to 60,70,80lbs dependes makaya..
to get the cut? what do you mean? preparing for a competition? nope, i don't get to that point. but if you're serious about "getting cut" you need to control your water intake, your supplementation and all that "cycle" mambo jumbo so that you'll look freakishly lean.
barely have cardio but i do supersets or tri-sets or giant sets... try that and you'd be catching your breath more than you're doing all that cardio stuffs (running, biking, etc.)
one hour and thirty for light days and two hours for heavy and compound workout days..
