TelCo employee and Lacson admits that even with the wiretapping device, it is not possible to do it without the cooperation by the technical people from the TelCo's. They are receiveing 10,000 a month for each employee as a retainer fee to monitor particular people.

So what does that tell us? That means the people backing this tape is lying and why did they go to such extent to do so?

"Technical Sgt. Vidal Doble of the Intelligence Service of the Armed Forces of the Philippines has implicated the mistress of former president Joseph Estrada in the scandal.

In an affidavit, Doble said former National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) deputy director Samuel Ong paid him P2 million to admit he was the source of the audiotape and that the money came from former movie actress Laarni Enriquez, Estrada’s former mistress.

Doble said the payoff was made in a room at the fifth floor of Imperial Hotel along Timog Ave. in Quezon City, where he and Ong did the audio-video recording.

Doble, who is in the custody of the police, said he was forced to agree to Ong’s proposal to authenticate the tape, for fear that the former NBI official’s camp might harm his family."



The wiretap is now to GMA's advantage. GMA can't be prosecuted of the wiretapped taped but GMA can file a case over those who wiretapped. They are in trouble now! I didn't realize GMA was good in AiKiDo. ...and since the tape is linked to the opposition, the president will collectively say that this is all political. She will concentrate there and that will be her "key".

That proves that they got the tape illegally and they lied about their source.

Are you familiar with the law sir? or are you personally going to change the constitution? picture this, if there is a search warrant for your house for drugs and the drugs was found in your car that means the evidence was obtained unlawfully. now, why does the court dismiss such evidence? because it could have been tampered or was obtained with malice or could be any other reason. that is somewhat the same with GMA's case.

for purposes of discussion, let's just say it really seemed like it was GMA on that ILLEGALY ACQUIRED tape. What can these people successfully do now? Just answer this question. If they can't do anything then I highly suggest these people to shut up! It is not enough that one saw or participated in a crime, you have to PROVE it in court. Which in this particular case, they cannot.

Just like the *** scandal videos of showbiz personalities, we are almost certain that it's them on the video but when the particular personality involved plays deadma or won't comment on the issue then it is less damaging in their part. In time, people will stop talking or will lose interest in it and life will move on. That is what exactly will happen to this tape.
