motorola rokr e1 problem (master clear)

i saw in your post that you checked all the bits and disabled 'quick menu'. i wrote earlier that it worked for me even it was enabled, probably not. my mistake.

by the way, do you have any iphone skins for rokr e1? i have installed iphone skins for other models and it was working well on my phone. i saw pics and it really cool.

i have never tried editing seems w/ P2k tools, HexEditor ra ako gamit.
and this how offset 93 w/ bit 1 turn-on looks w/ HexEditor - (personalize menu enabled)
btw, i have tested it only w/ my v3i (i don't have a Rokr), so try it at your own risk.
pero usually ang v3i seem edits parehas rasad sa e398 rokr e1, etc and vice versa edits

edit:
i did a little research and it turns out that if Quick menu is enabled,
personalize menu function is disabled by default.
P2KTools, click "Hidden Settings" and check to see if you accidentally enabled Quick Menu. If you did, then just clear the checkbox, save to phone, and restart phone. If that doesnt help, then you can check the SEEM's below.

Enable/Disable Quick Menu (you want this off)
Seem 0032_0001
offset 3E - bit 5: Office Tools > Quick Menu (1 on, 0 off)

if above solutions won't work,
then we might consider flashing as our next option.

gamit ug Skinner4Moto ug mma_ucp editor to edit/make that iphone skin functional w/ your Rokr.

or download nalang available iphone icons on the net,
make necessary edits on photoshop, then create your own iphone skin w/ skinner4moto.

i have another little problem with the icons under multimedia & connectivity menu, they disappear when the cursor is focused/hovered on them. the labels are still there though. do you know how to fix this?

that's becuse the layout of the skin your using isn't compaitble /has a menu that is not present w/ your phone 's exixting mma_ucp.
check the skin's menu layout including sub-menus and compare it w/ your mma_uco(download w/ p2kTools, etc) and you'll notice dili sila parehas.
for it to work you have to edit your mma_ucp to accomodate the skin.
