Is there a need for charter change?
Is there a need for charter change?
yes
para nako yes. too much corruption in our present government setup.
Also if mag charter change, dapat dili ra pud mga same old politicians kay kung mao ra ghapon, i doubt a charter change will help
I think so too.
Even the legislators, both from the opposition and administration say we need charter change. Albeit the only problem, some says, is the motive behind such move for charter change. They argue that someone wanted to stay in power and such prevents them to make the necessary amendments. Haven't they realized they can input provisions to the effect that there will be no one overstaying in power?
If they fear that the president wanted to extend her term, then they can very well stated provisions on the proposed amendments that such will take effect after the end of this administration. I don't understand why they refuse to discuss charter change when it is needed because of their dilemma when they are not even conflicting. It may be reconciled and their refusal is not acceptable, for me.

nya what about the poor states? mag himu cla ug balaod nga magkuha ug gamayng porsyento sa mga dagkong estado nya i diretsa nana ngado sa pobre nga state... nya kng dli mo nahan ug federalism naay unitary...

Diversionary Tactic of the Admin...from ChaCha to Glorietta Bombing then..Chacha again? huh?
When Hello Garci scandal emerged....ChaCha was brought into picture to divert public attention.
When the distribution of Cash Gift to local officials came out, Glorietta incident happened....who would your believe, the findings of PNP or the findings of ALI...The question is, between the two, who is more credible, the Ayala or the PNP? kinahanglan pa ba na ipangutana? Haaaay nku kita ra giilad sa mga pulis. Trillanes might be correct when he said that Esperon is behind the mall blast...well though he is no longer in the military for sure he still has friends in the intelligence community...
Now, with the ZTE scandal, officials are again out to revive ChaCha....the same old ChaCha....with the absence of JDV...LOL
Another diversionary tactics again?....
